Refund Policy

Order cancellations for full refunds are available before the order ships. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

By placing an order with Pirsek Technologies, you acknowledge that products are sold strictly for laboratory research, forensic analysis, or other qualifying non-human and non-veterinary purposes, and that you verified the items, quantities, and shipping details in your cart before completing payment.

Every shipment is photographed, weighed, and sealed prior to dispatch. If a parcel is visibly damaged in transit or you believe you received the wrong item, you must take clear photographs of the outer packaging, inner packaging, and product labels.

Email the images and a brief description of the issue to support@peptide.partners within 48 hours of the carrier's delivery timestamp. After review, Peptide Partners may, at its sole discretion, offer a one-time replacement or reshipment of affected items where appropriate.

Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU exempts goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, and Article 16(e) exempts sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed. Laboratory chemicals fall under these exemptions; therefore, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply.

Initiating an unwarranted chargeback violates the sale agreement. We promptly submit full documentation, including order confirmations, shipping records, product photographs, and copies of this policy, to the processing bank to contest such claims.
