Payment Policy

Unless otherwise stated in writing, payment must be received before an order is accepted. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise and are effective when an order is accepted.

Peptide Partners may correct product information, pricing, availability, or checkout errors without notice. Customers are responsible for reviewing products, quantities, billing details, shipping details, and regional obligations before submitting payment.

Available payment methods are presented during checkout. A payment method is available only when checkout offers it for the current order, customer, and destination.

Shipping methods, discounts, taxes, fees, and final order totals are calculated and confirmed during checkout before payment. Checkout calculations do not replace the Terms and Conditions, Refund Policy, or research-use restrictions.

Order cancellations for full refunds are available before the order ships. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Damaged or incorrect goods may be reviewed for a replacement or reshipment under the published Refund Policy.

An unwarranted chargeback violates the sale agreement and may be contested with order confirmations, shipping records, product photographs, and policy documentation.
